 Seeking Sui: a band engaged in the sole pursuit of exploring that which can link the obvious and the obscure, a sound that boils over the pop-culture cauldron with a mix of reminiscent melody and innovative virtuosity.
Seeking Sui: Jon Gary (guitar), Tony Planas (vocals), Joe DeMerritt (bass), Drew Goodner (drums), and Mark Ford (electric cello, keyboard).
There are no pretenses about Seeking Sui; it is in its purest form, an ideal. There are no self-proclamations of grandiose perception, no self-absorbed notions, and no delusions of greatness. Only a desire, an ambition, a phrase to live by: we are seeking sui generis. |
