While recording, there's a set of rules that always apply, which in a way, sums up all that Spoonfork is and stand for:
1. No more then a few retakes. Which leads us onto our next rule:
2. Spontaneity is worth much more then clear soundscapes, perfect tunes and a well mixed track.
3. Madness beats sane reasoning any day.
4. Never look back. When a track has been recorded and mixed, never look back - even though you might be enormously unsatisfied with the outcome. If you thought it worked good once, it probably still does. No one wins when battling their conscience.
