Chris Eberlein is an award-winning singer, songwriter, artist and author from Idaho currently interacting with some of the music industry's top professionals both as a working musician and a student at the prestigious Berklee College of Music (the top contemporary music school and one of the top two music schools in the world), where he has met some of the business' best performers, such as Mandy Moore, Rachael Yamagata, Chris Thile (of Grammy-winning trio Nickel Creek fame), newcomer Chris Stills and Grammy-winning Berklee alumna Paula Cole.

In November '07 iTunes released Chris' first two digital singles - the touching brother tribute "Twin Brother (Make It Right)" and a live cover of "You Raise Me Up (The Chris Eberlein Arrangement)" - on the popular music store to considerable fanfare (interviews, articles in newspapers and press releases) in the pop singer-songwriter-producer's native southern Idaho. The Official Remix of "Twin Brother", remixed by Chris, debuted in December. In January '08 the hypnotic electro-dance number "What You're Doing (To Me)" (another original composition) was released on the store, becoming his most purchased single on iTunes to date in less than 12 hours. Chris wrote, recorded, arranged, mixed and produced his first full-length album Parnassum (trans. "Steps to Parnassas") of all original material, released on March 4th. Parnassum features 10 songs that combine the cool electro-pop of Imogen Heap, the ambient sounds of Donna Lewis and the commercial grooves and appeal of Britney Spears; GarageBand Records handpicked its closing track "Black and White" (voted "Chris' best original song to date" by MySpace), a controversial suicide ballad, as their Track of the Day mere days after its debut on the premier independent music charts. Recently Chris' debut album has begun receiving some radio play in Germany and parts of Asia. This June the advance lead single "Love Inflicted" (his first foray into trance-house music) from his in-the-works second album Icarus is making its international debut and will be available on iTunes stores everywhere and amazon.com as a digital download. His first Parnassum can be purchased online at http://cdbaby.com/cd/chriseberlein , through the Chris Eberlein Music Space at http://www.myspace.com/chriseberlein  and at the College of Southern Idaho bookstore in his native Twin Falls, Idaho.

In addition to being a performer, Chris is interested in working in label A&R, artist and record label management, production and Entertainment Law.
