Coca Cola Europe offers a chance to a London Unsigned Artist
Krisha from Peckham has been striving hard to put her foot through the music
industry door. From the age of 11, Krisha was inspired to write music due to a
family tragedy, writing music and putting melodies to her words was her only way
to avoid everything else that was happening around her.
Krisha’s style of music has a mix of Pop, R&B and a hint of Hip hop all blended
into one. Krisha has always had the support from friends and family but felt
that she has never really been able to thank her supporters by becoming all that
she can become to make them proud.
Krisha has been seeking for help and support to get her into the mainstream
music industry, but with no help or support yet, she has had to find strength
within her to keep rising above all the objectives that stands before her.
By coincidence, Krisha stumbled on the Coca-Cola Music,” site that brings
talented, emerging artists and music-hungry fans together. Coca-Cola music put
emerging acts online, on stage, in podcasts and on albums. Coca-Cola Music has
put all genres, from all over Europe to give fans access to the best new music
Europe has to offer.
Krisha’s song ‘Go Crazy For Me’ was previewed and selected by a country
panellist, which for the UK is Eddy Temple Morris who DJs for Xfm Radio. (Mr
Remix) Eddy Temple Morris selected Krisha’s track “Go Crazy For Me” which was
included in Episode 4 of his podcast. “Really confident R&B Pop crossover tune,
with a dash of Neptunes.”
“Go Crazy For Me” has been featured on the Coca Cola music UK compilation “UK:
ONE The New Music Collection - Coca-Cola Soundwave" which was released for
sale on iTunes on the 20th of February.

Biography: Talented and fresh-faced Krisha Gardner, born into a close-knit musical family of Jamaican origin, began to sing at the tender age of 3. Her immediate immersion in music was thanks to her father’s passion for R&B, Gospel, Dancehall and Pop, and her singing began when inspired by En Vogue’s “Hold On”.
A born entertainer, the young Krisha performed wherever she went to anybody who wanted to be entertained, and she soon began entering and winning talent shows with her energetic dancing.
Her more serious approach to music came at the age of 11, when touched by Mariah Carey’s cover of Harry Nilssons “Without You.” This song encouraged Krisha to begin writing her own songs and she soon penned her first, “Love, be mine.” From then everywhere Krisha went her music book went with her, drawing on the influences of artists such as Aretha Franklin, Mary J Blige and MC Hammer.
At 16 years old Krisha went to a Performing Arts College and began perfecting her acting, singing and dancing. Krisha was determining to learn everything to become the best performer she could be.
Throughout her college years, Krisha would watch only music channels, checking out new music, finding the latest dance moves, making sure she kept a close eye on the charts and trying to stay one step ahead.
Finishing college put a strain on Krisha singing, as she began taking on different jobs to make ends meet. Krisha however was determined not to push her dreams aside so she picked up her song book and booked herself into a studio to lay down some tracks and bring her scribbled songs to life.
Living in London, Krisha feels ready to tell the world that she is here and as she strives to make her mark on the industry, fuelled by passion and determination, she is ready to knock down anyone that wants to get in her way.
